Cardboard Boxes, Bubblewrap and Recycling

At Daisy Rainbow we care about the environment and we use recycled and bio-degradable packaging where possible when we ship orders. We also re-use as much cardboard and bubblewrap as possible so if your order arrives in a box that looks like it has been used before…..it probably has!

RETURNS POLICY
At Daisy Rainbow we want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for any reason and as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging, you may return your item to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. The return postage is paid for by the customer. We recommend that you use recorded delivery when returning items to us.
Faulty Items
Please let us know immediately if your item arrives damaged or is faulty and we will process a refund or replace your item at our cost.
Cancelling your Order
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been despatched, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund promptly and without charge. If your goods have already been despatched, we ask that you return them to us in a saleable condition at your own cost including your name and address and order number.
